Sushi Tasting Menu Featuring Argentina’s Best Seafood
We invite you to this private sushi bar, hidden in a 10th floor apartment in Palermo, to share a meal that focuses on local seafood.
Our country is not only famous for its beef, but also for its rich seafood diversity. All over the world, countries like Japan and Spain are importing fish from Argentina.
Our goal is to highlight each of this species in a way its taste will be appreciated the most. We use japanese technique because its meant to be not overpowering our main ingredient.
From the Buenos Aires coast to the southest tip of the world (Patagonia), we will enjoy our most recognized seafood.
About The Host
DIEGO BRILWhen I was 10 years old, my father, my brother and I decided we would take sushi classes as a family activity. They both quit very soon, but I continued with the classes for a long time. At 18 years old, I was a sushi chef of a nearby restaurant, but I didn’t feel satisfied enough because I was working with very few fish varieties (mostly imported salmon). I started to cook on my own sushi bar because I want people to learn about Argentina’s local fish, which I think is sometimes underrated and there is a lack of knowledge about it. My challenge is to make people love our seafood.
